“The watch strap is very nicely done and the leather feels and looks very premium. I think some of the edges and fold-over parts could use a little more attention (such as better glueing) but other than that, it’s a very nice watch strap.”
“I have six inch wrists, so it can be difficult to find watch straps in shorter lengths. I'm very thankful that Ashland has offerings in shorter lengths, especially their shell cordovan. Their pieces are handmade, so not everything will be perfectly precise. I ordered the 18mm width strap and my only complaint is that there's a decent size gap on the long side of the strap which exposes the shoulder of the spring bar. I didn't measure it, but I'd estimate that the width is more like 17mm. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the quality of the shell and constructions of the strap.”
