“After using this razor for a couple of weeks, I've come to the conclusion that these blades give me an okay shave. With my old Venus, I could use an exfoliating brush before shaving and get 2-3 days before needing to shave again. With Athena and the exfoliating brush, I'm feeling light stubble by the end of day. If I go over the area repeatedly and apply extra pressure, I can squeeze by with every other day shaving.
The benefit is the price of refills and delivery. I can't always find the refills I like for the Venus, and I'm typically ordering them by mail anyway. This way I don't have to think about it, they just show up at my door.”
