“I bought this shirt for my son in law for his birthday and it was too small. He tried it on and took it off - 5 mins if that. I purchased the return label and postage bag from Australia post and returned it in the loriginal condition with tags attached. There was no larger size in stock and Dickies refused to refund the money and said it wasn’t returned in original condition which it absolutely was. Will not buy from here again.”
Hi Robin, I am sorry to hear about your experience. The returns team have advised that upon return the tag was still still in tact however three quarters of the tag was cut off from this. This tags are pre-tagged upon manufacturing. Unfortunately we cannot resell this item as the whole tag was not intact and this is part of our return requirements.

I returned the shirt in the plastic bag it came in and the tag attached. It was very obvious the shirt had not been worn - still stiff and definitely in brand new condition. After arranging the return label and paying the postage to send it back to Dickies they returned it to me and refused to refund the money saying that the shirt was not in original condition which it most definitely was. I will never use this company again.”
