“I paid for this hoodie, and waited nearly 2 weeks for it to be delivered in time for my kids' birthday. I did not get it. I am still waiting. I did get an email a day after purchase (which I didnt see in the melee of my inbox _thanks Medibank Private for leaking my details and making my inbox almost unusable), suggesting that i contact them for a refund or a different product. I answered AFTER the date they wanted an answer by and the next communication i get from Dickies is an email asking for a review of my purchase. Well, my review is this: this is the second time I have tried to purchase a dickies hoodie, and i have been thwarted both times by their own website. I highly recommend AVOIDING dickies, their online store does not accurately gauge the stock on hand and trying to use it just causes problems, even when purchasing with "enough time" to get the item to you for its purpose. Now I am down $, my kid is upset they didn't get the hoodie they were coveting, and I am angry that I have to now chase all this up. Dick move Dickies! (should have known based on the name I guess).”
Hi. i am sorry to hear your feedback, however you were communicated with in regards to the item being unable to be fulfilled the day your order was being processed with the warehouse. To which a timeframe was provided (7 days/5 working days) to which if no communication is received we provide a full refund for the item. We had no communication and had even provided a follow up email to which your purchase was refunded and you were advised of this when you emailed to follow up on the order. All email communication was again provided to you.
