Hi Andrew, I am sorry to hear your feedback. From looking at emails I can see that customer service had response to your emails in a mannerly timeframe advising of the out of stock and the refund being processed
“For a "relaxed" fit jeans, I used the same sizing as my Levis 505 and found the sizes to run small in comparison.
I would need to go up a size for these to fit similar 505 Regulars!
The look like a good sturdy pair, however i wont know untill i loose a couple of cm around my waist.”
