“I have been a loyal customer of Dickies products for many years and have consistently worn a 30-inch waist size throughout my life.
However, upon receiving a pair of trousers labeled as 30 inches in waist size, I was perplexed to find an additional 2 inches of space in the waist. Unfortunately, customer service was unbothered by my concerns.
Reluctantly, I have purchased another pair at my own expense, purely out of my need for the product right now (I need new work pants). However, I find the response from customer service to be less than satisfactory, considering the size does not even remotely fit consistently with standard sizing.
This experience will definitely influence my future purchasing decisions regarding the brand.”
Hi Calhan. I can see you had emailed regarding an exchange however we do not offer exchanges. Some of our pants are are a different fit pending on the material or being a slim,skinny etc fit.
