I like Augason Farms Vegetable Stew Blend because it makes a complete gluten free meal by just adding water and the meat of my choice. I keep a sealed bucket in my personal reserves, I sell it in my eBay store, and I recommend it to all my customers and friends. With a 25 year shelf life, I know I will always have tasty, nutritious food available to me, no matter what may happen. I know I can count on all the Augason Farms selections.

I like it. I tried as a breakfast dish because of the potatoes. Rehydrated and cooked like fried taters. It is on he sweet side. I assume from the onions. Great in meatloaf.

Bought a #10 can for curiosity trying. Two other recipes to use with, mooshu and coleslaw. One cup of mix and two cups of water. Might be a bit watery, had to play with it for a bit.

This "veggie bland blend" is totally missing several veggies that anyone would consider as part of any veggie stew...
