This potato soup is outstanding! We had company and I made a double amount. In no time at all it was all gone. They raved about it and wanted to buy some from me. Told them they would have to order their own. I wasn't about to give up my secret stash. We use it frequently for ourselves so I do replenish my stock. I recommend this anyone. You will be pleased!

We loved this! I tossed in a pound of cooked ground beef and topped with cheese and my son literally used a spatula to get the last of it out of the pot. Fabulous!

I love this soup. I boiled a ham bone and added some other veggies and this is a very filling and delicious soup. I really love one pot meals and this is it.

I too am hooked on this soup. It is actually better than an old family recipe that I am used to making. I have modified the preparation by first boiling some caraway seeds in the water for a few minutes, then straining them out. This is from the family recipe so I feel I am honoring that tradition. Can't beat the convenience!

My family and I love this soup. Great for when you have no time to cook. I add the vegetable soup mix with it and some corn, sometimes real bacon bits and shredded cheese. It is very filling and a little goes a long way. I don't follow the directions, I make it with more water, and it is still very tasty and thick. We not only have it in our storage, we eat it now. (Eat what you store and store what you eat)

LOVE THIS!! We made the Farmer's Market Soup from the label. I was skeptical because my experience with dried foods in the past is that they don't taste worth beans and the texture is awful. Not so with AF foods! For this soup, thinning to the desired consistency is good. We ate it prepared according to the label directions, but before we stored the leftovers, I thinned it out just a bit. I can't wait to try everything else I currently have stocked in my pantry.

This soup is amazing and one serving is all it takes to make you full even though I was skeptical when I saw the serving in my bowl. The flavor was so rich and creamy. We actually started eating this on a regular basis, but its also on our long term food storage shelves.
