I have a few of these cans stocked up for emergency food, and east to prepare meals. I added spiral pasta as extra helpings and add a second texture of pasta. Add onions and other seasonings for a great meal! When you want to make a quick meal this is the way to go! It has a great flavor and I will definitely buy more.

I added sautéed onions & peppers and garnished with sour cream and parsley. Not bad!

My family just had this for dinner tonight. As it was cooking, I could tell that it didn't smell like any beef stroganoff I'd ever had, so when I served it I told my kids (ages 9-16) and husband to think of it as noodles with beef sauce. The overall opinion was that it was okay. We all agreed that there was too much sauce. I'm going to prepare the sauce and noodles separately next time. There was plenty of food to fill everyone up--I had been nervous that the serving sizes were too small. It went well with canned green beans.
