Just tried this item and it is delicious. Made macaroni and cheese, used it on popcorn and have made a cheese omelet with this. It tastes great and I will order more for my pantry. Thanks Augason Farms for a great product!

I bought a big can and a little can of this item, 1 for storage and 1 just to try. I can say I was rather surprised with the way our mac and cheese turned out. My kids now ask for the "can mac & cheese" instead of the boxed ones. I have since bought only the big cans as we use it all the time for nachos too and I can't keep it on the shelf in our house!

Very good-a win. Adding more to our food storage and everyday pantry. My daughter says it taste likes Velveeta shells and cheese when we use it on elbow noodles. A great addition to any food storage.

I wanted to make a cheese dip for chips and realized that I was out of Velveeta. I decided to try the Cheese Blend and hope that it would work as a substitute. To my surprise, it was really good. I mixed it with Rotel, a little milk and water and added some sausage. People raved about it and could not believe that it was powdered cheese from food storage. I will be buying more cheese blend to have on hand in the future.
