Iodized Salt Reviews

5 Rating 5 Reviews
Read Augason Farms Reviews

Iodized Salt is a life-sustaining mineral that boosts food flavor, and is a vital component of any food storage program. Useful for every day cooking and baking, it is also a preservative used in drying meats and fish, as well as for pickling. Because an iodine deficiency can lead to medical problems, this salt contains a tiny amount of non-metallic mineral iodine to meet the dietary requirement for proper human development and growth. Well Its salt ...Kinda hard to mess it up . It was 40% off for 6.8 lbs . and it comes in a solid #10 can .Lots better than packaging it up myself in mylar and buckets. I give it a 5 out of 5.

This will last Forever. Storing away for A rainy day. Use for salting meats to keep longer if needed in the future.

Salt is a vital nutrient and I was anxious to make sure that we would have it available at all times.

Always impressed with Augason and this salt canister is no different. Nice container, well sealed with the added plastic lid when it does get opened so it can be resealed for pantry use. Love this company!

I love that I can buy salt in such a large can. Much better than needing to store a ton of little servings. Price is cheap and reasonable too.
