I enjoy the blackberries, along with the strawberries, blue berries and raspberries. I like to mixed the four together with water in a glass blow but it the refrigerator over night and eat it for breakfast. I enjoy the taste of all four together. At my office I have the freeze dried berries as a snack. Another freeze dried snack is the pineapples (YUM). I also look at survival food, emergency food as retirement food. I have decided when an individual retires you look at income more closely and I will incorporate some of the meals in my budget. I know were talking about berries right now, but try the blueberry pancakes (one word delicious). I have enjoyed the chicken noodle soup at dinner time. I'll continue to buy the berries.
