Love them! Easy to add in any meal or eat alone. Sweet taste, not tart. I save money because, I use what I need and I am not tossing out unused food from the refrigerator.

These are great little dices. I use them for soups and stews where I want small chunks of carrots instead of slices and a shredded carrot won't cut it. I add them in the 30 minutes of cooking. They taste fresh and sweet and have a nice bright fresh carrot color when cooked which is nice. They also work great in stir fry, casseroles, stuffing and tuna or chicken salads etc etc. Its a nice size between a sliced carrot and a shredded carrot, cooks very quickly compared to a dehydrated sliced carrot (20-30 minutes from dry in the can to cooked and rehydrated.
