Great way to hide vegetables in your meal. Especially, for picky eaters. Alone, I would not eat greens. I add the spinach in my eggs every morning. So it is a win, win.

I love this spinach, it has so many uses. I tried it in meatloaf, spaghetti sauce, pizza, 2 different soups, omelet, potato casseroles, and of course spinach dip. The cans are very full and you only need a little so its a great value. I will be keeping this in my everyday pantry.

This is perfect to use to make cold spinach dip. The dip needs to sit in the refrigerator overnight to fully hydrate but it turns out very creamy. Will be ordering more to keep on hand.
