I don't know why more people aren't writing reviews for this amazing product. I like this better than fresh broccoli. I just add warm water and let it rehydrate for about 10 min, and add it to soups or casseroles. It's sweet and tender and I love it! I just ordered 2 cases, because it's on sale today! Wish I could order it by the pail.

The Broccoli is wonderful! I eat it right from the can as a snack. When the Broccoli rehydrates it is delicious and firm and you would never know that it was rehydrated. The flavor just pops in your mouth. I'm surprised more people don't write reviews. These products taste so good and preserve their quality.

I love broccoli but I wouldn't use this unless we were in an emergency situation or could add it to a soup or sauce. The pieces are very small, so don't have high expectations. The first time I tried to rehydrate this broccoli, I made the mistake of steaming it in a rice cooker along with the rice. The next time we followed the instructions, and even my husband who doesn't eat broccoli if he can get away with it was able to eat the vegetable.
