This is a great product. Our family was looking to add an easy protein source as an alternative to storing meat long term. We had never eaten Black Bean Burgers, but decided to give it a try. We loved them! We reconstituted the crumbles with water, per the instructions, molded into patties, sprayed a pan and fried until golden brown. We ate them on buns and some people topped them with condiments they normally put on their hamburger. They were good plain and garnished! I believe the crumbles would also be good browned in a pan and eaten on a salad, in tacos, in a breakfast omelette etc. If you're on the fence, these are definitely worth a try.
