These potatoes are fantastic and so easy to make. I do add about a cup of sour cream to mine but that’s my preference. You can’t go wrong with these potatoes.

These are fabulous! We stirred in diced ham and put cheddar cheese on top. It was the best. Two of us finished it off in one day!

Our family loves Funeral Potatoes. These Funeral Potatoes are handy to have in storage and easy to make. We add grated cheese before serving.

Tasted food for the first time last night. Family was skeptical and taste and quality proved them wrong. Followed directions and dish met my exceptions and I would recommend. Taste and texture did not lend itself to being a freeze dried product. Now if Augason can just include ham or bacon in the pack, we will be all set.
