I made these brownies the other night and just added a little more hot water then recipe stated added mini M & M candies on top and baked as directions stated but ended up adding a little time (could be my oven). My family devoured them! Will order more!

We made 2 batches of these brownies and didn't care for either one. The first batch was made according to the package instructions, and the brownies had a weird, gelatinous texture. The second batch we tried adding some of the traditional ingredients we use with boxed brownie mix, and added 1 egg, 1/4 extra water, and 1/4 c. oil. They were a little better but I wouldn't buy this product again. Also, the #10 can contains enough mix to make 2 1/2 batches, which makes no sense. I don't know what we're going to do with the extra cup or two of mix still left in the can.

This mix is great. I think it's better than the boxed mix from the store. I always divide the batch in half; one batch is baked as-is, and to the other I add pecans and chocolate chips. Yes, I'm fat. It's a survival strategy. No questions!

My family does not care for these brownies. The taste is OK however, they are too dry. We made them three separate times and followed the directions exactly each time.
