“This is an amazing muffin mix and so easy to use too. I love to mix up things, so I tried your dehydrated apples in the mix and made the best tasting apple/cornbread muffins. Made a batch to take with me to a dinner I was invited to and they all loved them too. I was asked to make 60 for a senior lunch at church. I use the mix often so it is not just to keep in the storage area for whenever...lol”

“If you like sweet cornbread, you'll love this. Mixes easily (even by hand) and bakes evenly. I use a baking pan (as opposed to muffin tins) and haven't had a problem with over or under cooked areas. Just wish it came in a 35 pound pail!”

“Food storage your family will get excited about! These honey cornbread muffins are DELICIOUS! Just lightly sweetened with actual honey (Granulated honey is included in the mix), they come together in a flash just by adding water and rise up beautifully. The instructions said to use an electric mixer but I just mixed them by hand and it only took about a minute of stirring until the batter was ready. I'm trying to incorporate as much food storage as I can into our daily meals and this muffin mix will make that easy!”

“I was making a baked corn recipe that called for an 8oz package of cornbread mix. I usually have some of the mix in the blue box, but I ran out. Luckily we had ordered this to try, so I substituted 8oz by weight for the boxed mix I usually use. It worked perfectly, and I thought it tasted better than usual. I haven't tried making cornbread or muffins yet, but I will definitely keep this on hand for recipes at the very least.”

“HONEY CORNBREAD MUFFIN MIX IS ONE OF MY FAMILIES FAVORITE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. I SERVE IT OFTEN FOR COMPANY WITH CHILI AND AT FAMILY GATHERINGS ALONG SIDE A COBB SALAD. EXCELLENT PRODUCT! I AM ORDERING ANOTHER CASE OF THIS. WE'VE EATEN THE LAST 2 CASES IN THE PAST YEAR.”
