“I love this blueberry pancake mix. The blueberry adds a new zest to the pancake mix. My family likes it. We alternate between the regular pancake mix and the blueberry pancake mix. This is also good for making cobbler’s and muffins. I love having this in my long term food storage as well as my everyday food pantry.”

“I purchased these pancakes for Christmas gifts and have had rave reviews from all who have tried them! I intended these to be a "starter" item for prepping < but so far everyone is eating and enjoying them during this bitter weather we are having! Of course I included homemade wild blackberry syrup....so who could wait?! Thanks Mark! Great customer service here also!”

“The blueberry bits (not real berries) are very hard. But, I've found, if you let the mix set overnight in the fridge, they soften up and are ok (not that I always think that far ahead! ;). The pancakes really are good though!”
