I was totally amazed at how easy this was to work with, the taste was unbelievable! It was so much better than I've made from scratch. I made dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls, and both were fabulous! Tks for the great products you offer! You truly are the cadillac of survival foods!

I have been testing out many food storage items that I have to have better idea of their quality and how I may use them in the future. We do not eat tons of bread at our house so making small amounts as we need it works well for us. I halved the smallest recipe to make several rolls and used coconut oil for the oil (what a nice flavor!). This bread and roll mix is AWESOME! I just ordered a few more cans to have on hand for whenever I need bread or rolls. It also saves me from wasting or freezing bread goods, and can always have fresh baked anytime.

I made the small loaf in the bread machine. I thought it was going to be too wet when I saw it mixing. It turned out great. It was much better than the bread I've made from scratch. I may have found my bread mix. I also wish it were available in a larger container.

This makes delicious bread! I mainly use it for pizza dough, and it also makes yummy cinnamon rolls too. I agree with ALEX......we need this available in a 5 gal bucket!

FANTASTIC! My husband and I ate the entire loaf (a small one) when it came out of the bread machine. I am ordering many more cans for everyday use and for our storage program!

I used the large bread machine recipe and it was much too wet. I added dry mix until it had the right consistency but then the dough was coming out the top of the machine. I turned it out and finished it in on a round bread stone. It was delicious! The next time I tried it I used the small loaf recipe for bread machines and it was also too wet, but I just added dry mix until the dough comes together into a ball. I also have used all purpose flour to the machine to get the dough to form a ball and it worked too, so that will actually save on mix. This bread tastes much better than any recipe I've used, so I have ordered more to use and have some to store for emergencies. I have been getting at least 6 loaves, approx. the one pound size.

I have used a couple cans of this in my bread machine using home brew beer as the water/yeast combination. Not sure why they call for oil, but I experimented with oil, butter, and margarine. It seems to work as advertised, with me getting three full sized loaves per can with my bread machine. Using the dough enhancer I can stretch that to four loaves, but I am not sure if I really need the dough enhancer with this stuff. My disaster/survival plan is to use a solar electric powered kitchen for a lot of stuff, so the bread machine factors into that, but effectively paying $4.50 per loaf is not much of a savings to bake it at home. That's figuring my cost on the beer (which is home brew and has active yeast in it anyway) just under $1 per bottle. I am keeping several cans of this as part of my emergency food supply, but on a cost factor would like to see something more efficient, like the 5 gallon buckets, if it provides more of the product for less cost per loaf.
