Great product! Better price when on sale! I use these for breakfast. I find they are better than other brands I have tried. I run out of eggs, milk, bread a lot. Now I will be stocking up for long term storage. With so much going on in the world, I do not want to be unprepared. I use this for baking also, I cannot tell a different in my baked items. I have tried to dehydrate eggs to reduce cost. But buying jars, Mylar bags then oxygen absorbers plus the amount of time dehydrating, it makes more sense for me to buy the long term storage cans!

I had a bunch of scrambled egg mix that I purchased 5 years ago. Decided today to start eating them and then buy some more. They were fantastic. I made an omelet with them and added garlic powder, Italian pesto when I mixed up a batch equal to 3 eggs. Fried them and added the cheese before I flipped them on the plate. Excellent!!!!

I bought a bunch of these cans 5 years ago and thought that I better start using them. I just got done eating an omelet that I made with them. I simply mixed up 3 eggs and whipped in some garlic powder and Italian pesto. Fried it up and laid a bunch of cheese in it and flipped it over. Fantastic!!!!! Next time, I'm going to throw in some freeze dried mushrooms with it.

Not surprisingly, Augason Farms does it again! (Thanks, folks!) We're big egg-eaters here; keeping enough eggs around is sometimes a challenge. With Augason Farms Scrambled Egg Mix, we'll never have to worry about it again. These eggs look, smell, taste, cook, and behave just like fresh beaten eggs. I sneaked them into my wife's omelette and she loved them. Great convenience, versatility, and taste. I recommend them to everybody!

I really enjoy these eggs for fritatts and french toast. I add a bit more powdered milk and they whip up fluffier than fresh eggs. If I'm making plain scrambled eggs I usually throw a fresh egg in and use the powdered as extenders. I've always enjoyed them. Where I live a dozen fresh eggs can go for over $4 in the grocery store and these are an excellent value, in addition to being tasty.

I just ordered my second can. We were surprised at how good they are. They got the approval from my wife who is picky about her eggs. I have found that if you cook with a little less heat that reg eggs they come out better. I take a plastic container and mix equal parts and make about four cups at a time and refrigerate they come out better. I usually top off with a little cheese. salt and pepper after cooking. We will be ordering more to stock up on.
