Dried whole eggs are so convenient to use for my baking recipes. I never have to worry about running out of eggs and all my recipes turn out the same as using a raw egg. Never have to worry about anyone eating uncooked cookie dough either. :)

Dried Whole Egg Powder is a great product to stock up on. I always find I am out of eggs! This powder is awesome, easy to make! Great directions. I know I will buy more of these and the prices when they have a sale are hard to beat! My kids did not notice the omelet I made them came from a can! In emergency situations you will be glad you have eggs in storage!

I'm so glad that I have them. Avian flu has really shot up the price of eggs to an almost unbelievable high. I'm happy that I have a couple of large cans of powdered eggs to get my family through this. We use these eggs for cooking mire than just eating as eggs and they work perfectly in cakes, cookies and even meatloaf. We don't typically eat them as omlets or scrambled eggs although I'm sure they would be fine in that capacity but in our baked goods they are perfect. As with any emergency supply you don't always see the value in having it until you need it. While the country isn't exactly falling apart due to our lack of eggs my family doesn't even have to think twice about the dramatic rise in the price of eggs while our farmers try to recover from their losses.

I've used the Whole Eggs for scrambled eggs, omelets, French toast, any way I'd use eggs for cooking. They're outstanding!

I just made an omelette with cheese and ham on the side. I mixed the powder with equal amounts of warm water as directed on the can in a mixing bowl and let it sit for a few min. Cooked the mix on med/low heat. The egg mix formed and cooked like real egg mix. Taste: Tastes like eggs. Texture is a little firm compared to real egg so I will experiment with the water/mix ratio. Bottom Line: I could eat this stand alone with ketchup and hot sauce. I am an real egg lover but I have also had lots of powdered eggs (military) and these are high quality. This reminds me of Egg-Beaters in consistency but tastes better. I will buy more.
