I had an everyday size can in one of the 30 day boxes. Finally got around to using some of this in some brownie mix. Worked great, couldn't tell the difference in these and the fresh eggs. I don't eat a lot of eggs. These dry ones are so convenient. Granted they are more expensive than fresh if you figure the cost per egg. Yet if I buy a dozen fresh, use 2 and the rest get tossed if I don't eat them -- the cost per egg actually used is about the same. Yes I could force myself to eat the rest of the fresh...... bot often I don't or I give away. These powdered ones fit my lifestyle so well. I will definitely be buying again -- only in the larger can and maybe waiting for a sale. Please have a sale soon!!!!

Alright one more for Auguason. Just received the everyday can, and could not wait to try these eggs. At first I was a little worried, the mixture was thick like peanut butter, 2 1/2 tbsp of egg powder to 2 1/2 tbsp of warm water, so I added a little more water, maybe 1/2 tbsp. Let it sit while I heated the pan of butter (not the powdered butter ) cooked like regular eggs, taste like regular eggs. I tried it out on my husband and son in-law, they loved them could not tell the difference. A very good product

I love these! I've used in cookies, breads, gingerbread, pancakes, etc. and couldn't tell any difference from real eggs. In some cases it's even more convenient.

I use these in everything I cook! The only time I use fresh eggs is if I'm hard boiling them. I love that I can eat raw cookie dough and not have to worry about salmonella... and it makes it easy to rotate my food storage.
