“I ordered the scan tool early on 20/8/18 and payed by pay pal and as I live in Tasmania and my vehicle was off road I payed extra for express post. The item was dispatched at the end of the following day 21st ( I would have thought it would have gotten away the same day). As it had not arrived on the 23rd I contacted the dispatch section to confirm the tool had been sent express. The answer was, quote " Yes your order has been dispatched express." Boris / Customer Support. The item was finally delivered on the 27/8/18 and it had been sent by PARCEL POST. That's one week after paying for express! When the item did arrive included in the box was a tax invoice for the unit dated 18/7/2017 made out to a business in VIC. The adhesive sticker was skewed across the units screen and had obviously been unpacked before and when updating the software it did not allow me to register the unit and I can only assume as it had already been registered? The unit itself works as advertised but my dealings with Fuel Economy Solutions via email leads me to only leaving a one star rating.”
