“The purchase process was good. I was able to collect the scanner the next afternoon. I am somewhat challenged by computers and had to get my daughter to register the scanner and install the relevant softwear. However once that was done I was able to scan both our Toyotas. First was totally clear of problems, and with the second, the scanner found the trouble code and cleared it. I now know the problem and can get it repaired without guessing which part is faulty.
