“I suffer from anxiety, some days are worse then others. I find that this essence really helps to calm me back down and bring me back to the present moment. “Emergency Essence changed my life back in 2013!!! I had been severely retraumatised through somatic experiencing therapy and had to be referred to a psychiatrist to repair the damage. I was offered the usual pharmaceutical route but really wanted to avoid it for various reasons.
