“As I have already mentioned I find the ABFE's subtle in their healing qualities, not really sure about the ways in which they are helping, just intuitively feeling that they are. I have bought many of the Remedy essences and I can say with absolute confidence that the Emergency and the Calm and Clear remedies have definitely improved my ability to sleep again after a long period of going without sleep. I believe I was suffering with PTSD and the essences have helped me to unwind at night to get some sleep. Whilst also helping me to go within and acknowledge and recognise certain shadow aspects of myself which were definitely in need of clearing and healing. So thank you for the wonderful ABFE's which have improved the quality of my life, I am very keen to keep learning about the many and varied ways in which they help to heal other people's lives.”
