I have one of the white plastic screws dripping, I have tightened it a few times, and took it apart, and tightened it again, to see if the dripping stops, I just have been so busy, I need to keep trying, or check how ugh is it dripping. The system looks a good, I am happy with it, I will get you some customers, as I offer water to all my friends who come to visit and I tell them how good it is!!!!!, thank you so so much, kind regards, Kristina , I am hoping to get more things from you in the future, thank you”
“It works great , but wish I had bought 12.5 lt , its much smaller than I thought It would be , so I could have easily gotten the larger capacity............but it does everything it says it does and am happy with the product”
“We got the 8.5 litre berkey with 2 carbon filters as our council has stopped poisoning our water with fluoride. We also got the stainless steel sight glass spigot which is a must!! We are very happy with it and it is the perfect size for 2 people if you dont use the water for cooking as well (which we dont). I fill it with 6 liters every evening or when empty, if i use 7 liters I wake up to a puddle of water on the floor as it comes out the top of the sight glass so bit confused about it being called the 8.5. Other than that an excellent product and very good quality!! Highly recommend!!”
