“I used this on a 6 day kayak trip down the Murray. Easy to use, and does what is says. Whilst one could drink straight from the river and not suffer illness, when i back-flushed the filter after about 25 litres of filtering, the glass of water was a disgusting brown. It did slow down a bit on days 5 & 6 but not like you'd die of thirst waiting. Great product.”
