“Greatest bottle I've ever used. It sounds like I'm being ridiculous, after all, it's just a bottle. It is so well made though. Hardly any loose parts, no nooks or crannies, no complicated mechanisms.
What does all that mean? NO MOULD. I don't know if it's dishwasher safe, I simply rinse it with a bit of water. Maybe a drop of dishwasher soap once a month and a warm water rinse. Shake it all about.
It's is very durable. I don't know what the material is but it's like a PVC free, extra strong type of insulted plastic. It's not too notch insulation, but it's better than thin plastic. Mainly it means you can feel pretty safe bout it not getting scuffed up.
If you smash it hard on the ground when full, it will shatter, but in a fairly safe way. A clean break at the neck, when I saw it happen. Also he bottle lids are salvageable. You can even buy spare lids, if you want to change the colour to make it easier to spot your bottle.
Great size, 1L is just right imo. One tin criticism might be it's fairly rotund. Short and squat for its volume, so carrying it becomes a tad unwieldy. Definitely one to put in a backpack, although you can hand carry if the distance isn't huge.
Holding it by the loop on the lid seems to work even when full, it'll probably wear out the lid/loop but you can replace them as I said.
All in all, the best overall water bottle imo. Only areas it isn't class leading is maybe insulation and carrying but that doesn't mean it's bad at either of those.
