“Bought my original separate charcoal/fluoride gravity fed Berkey filter from the US a few years back and used this till it almost fell apart. Thought I was buying a Berkey in Australia, thinking that these were now available in Australia. Ended up getting the ProOne 11.3 gravity fed filter and was a little scepticle as the fluoride filter was integrated into the main filter. After 3 flushes, we still had a bitter taste in the water and after a phone call to Ken, he advised that it may require a further flush or two. We're all good now. The unit works well, water has the thumbs up from family members and the unit stand is a great improvement. Delivery was prompt and packing was secure. Overall, very happy.”
“Have put plenty of water through the filter, but my wife still thinks she can taste some thing odd, I'm personally good with it. Our Asian residents think it's just great. Sorry the stainless steel is very hard to keep finger prints off. Just looking forward to summer to guzzle plenty of floride free water.”
“I need replacement filters for my Propur 10.4L and I cant see the ones I buy on your site? Can you please tell me which ones I need now if oyu dont have the ceramic fluoride reduction filters anymore? Also replacement filter for my jug? I do love my jug and my HAMMERTONE finish filter, although the taps always leak have to keep a towel under it. I have already changed it once before. Love the filter anyway. Gerry Russell”
