“Recently purchased a Berkey Flouride Reduction Pack - Royal Berkey
Received the item in good condition, a couple of things of note as to why i only gave the unit 3 stars
1. the fluoride filters that attach to the bottom of the berkey black filters seem to be loose and they leak water from the top of them around where the thread from the fluoride filter goes and leaks into the main chamber therefore not being filtered for fluoride.
2. The fluoride filters - 1 is tight onto the thread and one is loose - Same amount of threads turned and installed correctly.
3. Plastic tap / level gauge - The water level indicator is held in my a plastic collar and on ours it looks like the collar is about to break its been done up that tight and the level doesn't sit straight vs the chamber - You would think for money spent it would come with a stainless tap.
Review of water quality : Excellent - Very clean drinking water and tastes as good as the propur g-one elements if not a little better but i will be changing the elements in mine to the propur as they are easier to maintain / no priming req'd and no hanging taking up water space in the bottom chamber.”
“Arrived in a timely manner. Was so excited to set it up. Watched some YouTube demos to familiarise myself with the set up routine. Discarded the first two batches as per instructions. Thought the next two tasted a little metallic but after that it went. Love it, easy to fill, sits proudly on the counter and we are drinking so much more water, using it in the kettle, cooking vege in it and washing vege too. Probably fill three times in two days.”

Holds a decent amount of water in both the top and bottom compartments and is suitable for us being a family of 2 - although we drink water like there’s no tomorrow.
