“I have not started using the bottle properly yet it's meant for a long trip coming up. I would give the customer service a 5 star for helping with all my questions back and forth. The bottle is very light and simple to prime. Besides using it for out and about while traveling, I need it to make water that I can dispense for making coffee/tea/smoothies etc. This is possible because the material is soft enough for me to squeeze filtered water out though it might be a tad tedious but I have not found another product (after researching for a while) which is able to meet all my needs except for this Berkey. Overall I would recommend this product. Thanks :)”
“Very light and compact for easy travel. Straw does get stuck each time you open the lid - slightly annoying however can easily pull it out from under the lid and continue drinking! Otherwise very handy water bottle!”
