“So first of all I would give 5 stars to the great costumer / sales staff, they are great really easy to talk to and provide great advice. Now regarding the actual purification system is just amazing. The build quality is great and the water is filtered fast and the water is excellent. Now, I gave 4 stars just for two important reasons for me, 1) the guides to assemble the unit and the filters is included in just a piece of paper , I would suggest to have a proper guide with the information better organised, for example, setup, priming , maintenance, etc a bit clearer. 2) I got a spigot with my system so that I can see the the remaining level of purified water, how ever I don’t like that the “tap†is made out of plastic which contrast with the great build quality of the entire system.
But all in all the filters do what they are supposed do and I am really happy for the investment for me and my family health.”

“Very pleased with the taste of the water although the first couple of glasses had a bit of a chemical taste, attractive unit but was surprised by the very slow flow of water which is not improved by taking the lid off but requires lifting he top tank off the bottom one slightly which we decided not do as there is quite a bit of suction to work against to try and lift it . We put ours on a stand which has added somewhat to its height, we did this so the tap would be clear of the bench rather then hanging over the edge, this does require some energetic weight lifting when topping up the top tank and checking the water level, overall very pleased and happy with the unit.”
