“The Cockatoo wasn't as big as I expected and the on/off switch was extremely small.
I tried to use my finger nails to switch the Cockatoo on and off but that wouldn't work so I tried a small screw driver to switch the Cockatoo on and off but it wouldn't start the cockatoo either.
The screw holding the battery plate was so small that it couldn't be removed.
I'm not willing to pay the postage for you to try and get the cockatoo to work so I'd appreciate you sending a replacement Cockatoo to Mr. Christopher Robin Dean,
