“Dear all, I was looking forward to the „X-MAS Spirit in the sky Bauble“…but when I got it (boublewraped in a plastic envelope) the X-MAS ornament was full of dents (not round anymore). Why on earth didn’t you use a little box to send this delicate item from Australia to Switzerland? For the price I paid alone for the postage…I was disappointed and sad. Best, Franziska”
