“I initially received a battery box with charger and found the latter did not work correctly when I attached 2 KickAss 110W solar panels to the unregulated solar input. AustralianDirect support and warranty were helpful, resulting in my receiving a new DCDC Charger with my original battery box. I connected my solar panels to this and it appears to work perfectly now. It took a few weeks to resolve but I am happy with the final outcome. The real test will be when I take it to the outback in a few weeks time.”
