“Upgraded to the fridge after running a standard bar fridge with an inverter. What a great decision. We spent 8 rainy over Christmas on an unpowered site. If we hadn't bought this fridge, the 125amp battery would have kept us going for about 3 days with no sun. But with the tiny bit of solar charge that we could get, the fridge kept us going with fridge/freezer until day 4, then we turned the freezer into a fridge on day 5, then day 6 and 7 we turned off the smaller compartment, and finally by day 8, when the battery was down to about 11.2v and we were packing away, we turned it off.
Outside of the lower power usage, it is a great fridge. Cools down quickly, easy to control, great app, and good build quality.”
“Fridge looks amazing. Plugged it in and was amazed at how fast the temp dropped. Pitty about the delivery times, waited for 15 days for item to arrive, you wouldn't expect to pay $100 for delivery and getting kind of lead times.”
Hi Eric, thanks for your review, we're glad that you love your new fridge. I'm sorry to hear about your longer than expected delivery time. We get all orders processed and sent out within 2 days, unfortunately our couriers are a third party service so we can't do much about the speed in which they deliver your package. We do however appreciate your feedback and it has been taken on board as it helps us understand where we can improve our services, and we can aim to try and improve shipping times by using different couriers in the future.
