“Almost what I needed, but with a disappointment.
Looks well made and designed. My disappointment is that the DC output is not 12V, but actually is 9v to 11.7v. The only time it gives out 12v is when 100% charged without load. This is a problem with some car devices having low voltage cut out (e.g. cooler with cut out of 11.3v)”
“Absolutely amazing piece of gear! Used it for my 4 night trip, ran lights, charged phones and speakers for the whole time. Didn’t even need to charge it!
In saying that I did trial the solar panel, which bumped it up 40% charge in less than 2 hours!

Life saver! Trully it is.... let me explain, I live rural and we have two young children with degenerative lung disease. We purchased the 2x KICKASS Handy Pack & Microlite Panel due to our location and kids with High medical needs. If we loose our power

Trully it is.... let me explain, I live rural and we have two young children with degenerative lung disease. We purchased the 2x KICKASS Handy Pack & Microlite Panel due to our location and kids with High medical needs. If we loose our power we loose our internet and this means our LANDLINE so we can not call an ambulance, this is scary thought when you have children with lung disease. Frustratingly Our mobile phone rarely has reception (Oh the joys of country living) so we can not depend on that.
Having both KICKASS Handy Pack & Microlite Panels on hand means we can connect the internet and still have phone when emergencies happen. Not only that but a power cut means the kids daily physio rutine would not be possible as we need to use electronic equipment to assist in moving the mucus build up in thier lungs. Owning the 2x KICKASS Handy Pack & Microlite Panel set ups we now don’t have to worry if there is no power as we can depend on them to provide power to continue the kids daily airway clearance and be able to call an ambulance if And when needed. Best Buy Ever!”
“My Kickass en-suite awning was good quality, so thought I’d try the battery pack out.
It’s light but not cheap, the case is pretty solid and buttons feel like they will last even with the kids using it to constantly charge their phones and iPads. Which is the reason I brought it so they stop drilling my 4WD and camper trailer batteries. The option to be able to charge it from a power point, 12 volt or solar panel is great and means we can stay off grid longer.
The solar panel is great quality and charges the battery fairly quickly in full sun.
My kids watched a movie (1 hour 40 minutes) on our 12 volt TV then charged their phones and an iPad , then I charged my phone and it was still at 60 percent.
I’d like to see KIckass make a similar 120ah battery pack for people wanting to power their fridge and lights as well as the things this pack does.”

Easy to buy and no issues with delivery. I set it all up last Friday and from fully charged the Handy Pack lasted 2.5 days running a small fridge and charging my mobile with not a lot of help from solar charging due to cloudy conditions. When the sun was out the battery seemed to be gaining charge.
Very happy with the purchase.”
