Please write a short review of the product I don’t find it great but I am hoping it is because it was damaged on delivery.

“I received our oven and it was damaged on delivery, the service was amazing in returning the product. However I had permission to use it for the weekend away and I was hoping because it had damage to it is the reason I didn’t find it worked that great as it took 3 hours to heat a thawed apple pie. I have now returned the product and waiting for the new one to be delivered.”
