Dosage

I purchased another brand of these tablets some time ago when they were out of stock at Australian NaturalCare and was interested to compare ingredients. I noted one ingredient in particular, Bovine chondroitin sulphate, was 8 times higher in ANC's product and also ANC included other ingredients missing from the alternative brand. These were Vitamin C and Manganese.

I haven't noticed much cjhange in this shoert time, hopefully it will help in time. Prevention is my mind set on this one.

I believe the product has kept inflammation in my knee joints lower thyan otherwise

I had a few weeks without the Flexicare and I really struggled with stiff joints it makes such a difference to my quality of life

My joints are noticeably stiffer and and more swollen when I am without these supplements and I have to rely on anti-inflammatory tablets.
