Our Super Omega Fish Oil Odourless supports heart health, brain function and healthy mood balance. It also relieves inflammation and symptoms of mild arthritis. DHA also helps to support eye health and and cognitive function. This concentrated fish oil also helps in the maintenance of healthy blood fats. 
Each capsule contains 600mg of EPA and 200mg of DHA.
This formula has triple the amount of EPA and almost double the amount of DHA content compared to our standard fish oil* supplement. 
*Our standard fish oil contains 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) is an omega-3 fatty acid that is found along with docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in cold-water fish, including salmon, sardines, anchovies and herring. EPA has been shown to help in the maintenance of healthy blood fats and relieve inflammation.
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is an omega-3 fatty acid essential for brain development during pregnancy and early childhood. It is also linked to improved heart health, better vision, and reduced inflammatory response.

Dosage
Take 1-4 capsules daily with food. Take only ONE of the following recommendations. For general health, brain and cognitive function take 1 capsule daily. Why is ANC’s Super Omega Fish Oil Odourless better than a standard fish oil? 
Our Super Omega Fish Oil Odourless contains triple the amount of EPA and almost double the amount of DHA content. This means that you are receiving a higher dosage per capsules, which will allow for great therapeutic benefits. It is more convenient for consumption as fewer capsules can be taken daily due to this higher dose.

How much fish should I eat ? 
The Heart Foundation recommends daily consumption of approximately 500 mg of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which is the equivalent of two or three 150g servings of oily fish per week. If you don’t eat this much fish on a regular basis, it is highly recommended that you consider taking omega-3 supplements.
