How To Enjoy
Chew one tablet three times daily. If you prefer, you can also dissolve the tablets in water or juice.

How much collagen is in each chewable tablet?
There is 1g (1000mg) of marine collagen per chewable tablet, so three tablets per day will give you a generous 3g (3000mg) of marine collagen!
Are chewable collagen tablets vegan?
Collagen is a protein derived from animals. We use marine collagen which is derived from fish so because of this, our Marine Collagen Chews are not vegan.
Is it better to take marine collagen in powder or tablet form?
Because we use a high quality, hydrolysed collagen extract in all of our marine collagen products, you can still gain the benefits from collagen whether it’s in chewable tablet or powder form!
