“First run, one of my old recipes R.A.G. Lager using materials at hand, just to learn how to "drive" it. no problems. First serious run, an I.P.A. this time with a small "Hack" I made a S/S filter to sit above the tubular filter similar to the plate that sits above the grain as I felt that the hop spider constrains the hops from circulating fully. Brew is in the secondary fermenter at the moment. All looks well and will be kegged in a couple of days. Certainly saves a lot of "Huff n Puff"”
