“This was a dumper. I was making this for a mate who is celiac and it tasted good on an early sample on day 4, but after adding the dry hop I had a huge amount of activity in the airlock. After that, the beer took on an incredibly intense and unpleasant burning after taste which after some research sounds like 'hop burn'. This arises from either too much hops or the hops being off. Maybe this kit is good, but I got a bad batch. I reached out to AHB privately a few weeks ago but got no response. Have otherwise been pleased with their kits, but this was a bad experience.”
“After years of trying to find a good Gluten free beer here it is, so easy to brew if your into Pale Ale with a great Hops flavour this is it best leaving hops in great flavour with none of that common sorghum flavour of other GF beers
