“Only found this product when I scrolling through the website as id never heard of it before or even knew it existed. So I decided to to give it a shot. The Easy to follow instructions made it super easy to make. I didn't add anything extra into this, the kit provided everything you need whether you are bottling or kegging. I let it ferment for 9 days then I flavoured it after that. Bottled it after 11 days and added only 2 carbonation drops to each 750ml bottle. This was my downfall as the instructions said add 3 drops but I thought this may have been overkill but I was wrong and should have of followed the instructions haha. I left them in the bottles for 2-3 weeks before trying and they were abit of the flatter side of things to how a seltzer should be due to me putting in less carbonation drops. I've left a few aside for 2 months now and they do improve with age and are amazing now. Highly recommend as this kit makes about 18 Litres for only $34.90. If you were to buy a 4pk of a middle of the range Seltzer it would cost you about $17 which would be 1.3Lites approx, you do the maths its a no brainer for summer! Enjoy!”
