“I've been a 'shop and an on-line purchaser' for the past three decades. Over the years, I've acquired a distinctive taste for 'old style' ales, dark ales and porters. In all my experience, I've found the shop contact enjoyably educating and the quality of products purchased/delivered to be outstanding. For me, I prefer brewing my ales during the cooler months and taking my time to ensure that the fermentation process is undertaken at optimum levels. The 'easy-to-follow' instructions' has yielded a near-perfect outcome in all my brewing endeavours. I cannot commend Australian Home Brewing higher. For people wanting to take up home brewing as a hobby... well... it could be a very good option to start with AHB!”
“This appears to be bottle conditioning well though I had to pitch another packet of yeast. An estimated starting gravity in the noted would also have been helpful. Will probably stick to an all grain basic red ale in future”
