“The beer has taken 3 weeks to develop into a similar tasting beer, I did leave approximately 15% of the hops out. I will definitely try it again but will leave more hops out as I will try and reduce the citrus flavour.
Also note the recipe called for # 15 brew blend, but was supplied # 20 brew blend.
