An awesome summer beer which is a great replica of Stone & Wood's Specific Ale. When kegged, it's just like being at the pub, only better!

Taste wise this is a very good brew. Only thing I have had comments from my fellow brewers the colour doesn't quite match the original Stone and Wood Pacific Pale Ale

Big fan of Stone and Wood as I only live 40 minutes from Byron Bay. Have tried some opposition clones before of this particular beer but found them to be slightly lacking. But gave this one a go and so glad I did. I am a kegger and do double batches at a time. The only thing I changed from the original recipe was to increase the Galaxy hops in the dry hopping process. Somehow I managed to order(by mistake) 4 of these recipes kits instead of two. Best mistake I have made in awhile lol

I have made a batch of this for several years now. Recently a friend who reckons he doesnt like 'home brew' had a taste (I had no commercial beer in the fridge). I enticed him to try it and he declared it was better than the Byron Bay original!

Whole family absolutely adored this beer. Really great flavour notes, crisp and hoppy. A subtle bitterness that adds to the beer but doesn't linger into the aftertaste. Will definitely be making it again!
